I will admit that I don't remember which character I was using at the time, and that there is a good probability that I was using a heavyweight character at the time. Maybe Fox can't survive with proper DI, but he could have at least tried it for science.

@saotomedynamite i don't. his moves are made for combos (which is why i don't have a problem with him) in the first place and to take recoveries out the question, pit, kirby, and king dedede all have crazy recoveries are a lot better than mk's if used right because they doesn't end up in a helpless state if you mess up.
It's NOT a one-hit KO. It depends on what you absorb. For instance, absorb three PK flashes and yeah, it's one hit. Absorb three of Fox's lasers, and it might kill around like 50 or 80 percent.
