This ending almost made me cry, to me it said that nothing lasts forever and everyone has to be separeted from someone sometime and that its not a bad thing because its just a new beginning for you to meet other people.

good news,i'm working on a big project,i'm arranging and writting scores for a symphonic suite for orchestra and choir,based on the music of illusion of gaia,it's a big work,long to write because i haven't the scores,so i have to make a dictation!and i have to arrange the music,but i hop to conduct it with 400 chorist and 200 musicians,i'm a french lyric singer and composer
im purposefully not recording/adding this song to a playlist because i dont want to listen to it too much. only song im doing this for, because its the most amazing classical meaningful songs in my childhood

@Chucknorrisaurrus You just can't find experiences like these in movies or even anime anymore. It seems that adventure/RPG games are the only entertainment medium that consistently delivers these epic storylines, epic music, and epic characters

uh i'm in the incan ruins and I'm stuck can anyone help me ? There's a door that I can't get to. See, it's got some spikes on the floor and I can't get to it I've searched all I could and nada. I'm suppose to put some statues where the spirits breath cannot reach.
You have stand on one of the huge inca statues, similar to the one where you found the little statue you take? But one of them sings a hymn to you, and then at the spot where it says the spirits breath cannot reach, you play the song and then the wind will fly you to the door. I hope this helps, anymore questions, ask me
This is my favorite game ever. This ending kept me awake thinking at night more than any other game ending. I kept wondering what happens to Will and Kara in their new life. I wanted to see the knights of light and darkness. I remembered Hamlet and cried. This song brings it all back.

Someone needs to produce sheet music for the piano on this, or play it for me to hear. I for some reason felt like searching for this wonderous game on youtube, and now that I have, the emotion from my childhood is flowing back. I need some way to replicate this.

The game is bittersweet and in the end it is sad because they are going to die and the human race will one again become egotistic and think they are the center of the universe and concentrate on their on selfish delusions.

Nearly 17 years have passed and the child has grown to a man with his own child.

Reminds me to good friends of chrono trigger.
I listened to that song in the end and no matter how much i try it makes me sad and depressed.
And it is the simplest of songs,but very effective.
It basically says in feelings:Thank you for coming,we hope you enjoyed your stay but now its all over and everthing worked out great.

Yeah, same here. I was a little kid when I played this game (Still have it too!). One of my most memorable games.
