Can anyone tell me how you can auto switch your weapons without going into your pip-boy?

In the pip boy if you highlight a weapon and to the right ( next to repair ) i think it is RB and when you hold that down press a arrow key to set that weapon as a hotkey. then when out of the pipboy, you press that arrow, and you'll equip the weapon.

Hey dude, if you noticed there are some really laggy spots in Fallout 3 which you get stuck in. Making you revert to last save which pisses me off. Also if you kill a guy he's dead for the whole game where ever he dies you go back there and he's still there!

you cant use V.a.t.s all the time. They have a meter bar that runs out if you go str8 for headshots.
