Still happens in Fifa12, it's annoying though what is worse is when the Keeper punches it up in the air and the refuses to catch it and lets it bounce then your defender automatically charges at it even though you have Manual completely on you try and over ride by using the cancel (Both triggers) but the defender insists collides with your keeper and another defender comes in falls over they get stuck together and an attacker gently strolls the ball into the net. True story...
