I think the dog video is a fake. At 1:31 notice the dogs' rear suddenly move to the left and the light changes exactly at the moment. As for the blinds, it looks more like a screen on the outside of the door. Notice that there no slats on the door showing the outline of the blinds.

I researched the 3rd one. That took place in Portugal on a road where that girl supposedly had her car accident. She ended up hitching a ride with those guys and they didn't know what was going on.
