We make problems so we can pretend to solve problems, we keep problems around so we can pretend to be solving problems. We need computerized personal transportation at a massive level. It would be like a super efficient elevator for lateral movement. It might elimiate the need for insurance. It might eliminate the need for oil importation. It might eliminate the need to waste. Would we want this or is wasting too much a symbol related to power and status.
