A friend from Tokyo graciously translated this beautiful song into English for me. As I've repeated found with Kaji Meiko's lyrics, the beautiful poetry fits her lovely, enchanting voice. What an elegant, regal lady. Beautiful, enigmatic, charming, irresistible, in every way.......Love this song; Kaji Meiko and her music are like a rare, priceless treasure.

As a 61 y/o Caucasian Texas cowboy, I never thought my musical interests would be turned so greatly by anyone, much less a lovely Japanese lady, whose language I can not understand. However, Kaji Meiko is pure beauty, charm, elegance, class, an incredibly beautiful woman, even now, from recent video interviews. Her voice enchants, soothes the soul, touches the heart. This song is a great example, as well as hearing her speak. I truly adore this amazing lady. Many thanks for posting this!

@taskenlander I much appreciate your interest in Kaji Meiko, posting some of her beautiful music, and helping spread the word about this amazing, beautiful lady and singer. She's so enigmatic, mysterious, yet so irresistible. I've tried to learn more about her life, but in spite of exhaustive Internet searches, know only her birthday, her music, action movies, some about her TV acting, and her Japanese birth location. Don't know if she's married, but have heard she sings some live now.
