I find in some cases, concerts where the artist is doing fast moving dances (Britney) or where there is a lot of times where multiple people are singing the same part like a chorus then maybe yes they will use a track to make it sound better, I still don't think they did this on this song, but that's my opinion

Also I have heard of times where the entire concert was live but in the production on the DVD, they add some recorded parts of tracks because there was say an audio problem during the concert and it wasn't fully picked up on the recording.

I agree that this was sung live. There are many areas in the song that differ from the CD, I also find that artists that do lipsync overdo the mouth movements to try and prove that they are singing live. The mouth movements in this match the tone of the words so it is live. Would have loved to see them live, but they would never have done a concert in my area, I'll have to make do with the DVD's and CD's.

i dont think Nothing In The World will be released this year, they were planning a reunion for 2007, but Jenny, on her website has announced that she is pregnant so i dont think they will gt back together this year

I think you mean Liz is making her second single (Woman In Love/Sweetest Feeling was the first single) She is preparing her next video and says her solo album will be out in June. I don't know where everyone else is located but I will never hear it on radio or see the videos on TV, will have to special order the album.
