What is the voltage/amperage of that solar panel? It is the shape of just one monocrystalline, as in ~0.5 volt, but obviously it must be higher due to the battery pack.
this is genius! The only thing that would be tough is for when you drive. I wonder, is there a way that you can enhance the receiving end so it can pick up random connections from further away. Your broadcast doesn't have to be very far at all being that it would mainly be in a car.
@MrKillaMutha The rec. end is enhanced by the built in amplifier. It goes all the way up to 251mw which I never had to use. I am currently pulling in connections from over a mile away with it set at just 71mw. I also just finished and shipped another one of these units to another YouTuber here today;-)

I would combine this with the ability to connect to a secure proxy (keeps people from steeling your cookies - the chocolate chip ones are my favs).
