  • Stupid cabby ... if it were me, first I'd make it look like I'm looking in my pockets for change, then, I'd turn to the customer, and with a very big grin and say in a nice tone, "I'm sorry, but I don't seem to have any change." Hopefully, the customer would think that I am expecting a generous tip!

  • Yep...I've been thru that with cab drivers. If they're conducting a business and serving the public they should always be able to make change--no ifs, ands, or buts.
