i have a 2002 Acura tl that recently started making noise when i adjust the flow of the heat/ac its not a whinning noise, its more of a clicking. not very loud but would a bad blower create that noise?
@domenicd123 It may be the blower motor. You might want to take the blower motor out to see if there's any debris in the cage making some noise. Hope this helps you out.
I can see you are very professional and now a lot about cars, do you know if a 2003 explorer have a cabin air filter, I will appreciate any info. Thx.
@trabajador98 If it does usually they're located on the passenger side under the glove box. If your not sure if your vehicle came with one, you could call the Ford dealer with your vin number and they could tell you if it did or not. Hope this helps you out.
I have a Ford Explorer 96 XL and the A/C Heater fan isn't working. No cold or hot air is blowing into my car. I was wondering if I need to replace the A/C Heater fan?
@d0gg0d I would check the plug to the blower motor first to see if there is current going to it when the heater is on. if there is, the blower motor is likely bad. If there isn't current current going to the plug then you may want to check the fuse to see if it's bad.
i have a ford f-150 ´96 motor 351. My 1st and 2nd trans gear are workin properly, but unfortunately when i am reaching in 3rd gear my ford starts smoothly shaking back n forth for atleast 7seconds. so, i either step on it or let the trans take his time. the oil trans is in good lvl. another issue is wen i step on it to speed up i can hear a clanking noise, but that´s only when i step on it too hard. can you give me a hint tho? lol
Have a 95 and recently repalced my AC pump a week later I smelled burning smell and blower quit working all together where is the best place to start, Relay, resestor, or blower motor. the blower does not come on at all and fuse is fine.
Love your video and I think this is the part that has gone out on my 99 ford explorer but im not sure. The ac just quit working all 2gether doesnt blow on any setting any advice?
Excellent... You guys are too cool to put this together... and I tell you what, i am certain to buy my blower from your site... Really helpful, thanks...
Great video. Very helpful. Mine's a '95 which uses a cylindrical type air filter, and I did not have to remove or even relocate the air box. Got the blower replaced just in time for summer. Now I'll enjoy cool air again! Thanks!
Awesome video... I am a novice home mechanic (wrench handler) and this video allowed me to replace my blower motor myself.. step by step... I will ride warm this winter thanks to you!!
I just wish to thank you for this video. I am going to try this tomorrow as I have no fan blower at all now and it is due to get cold again.
