I think Bob rocks! I knew him only briefly, on the Patient Affairs Committee, but I experienced so many of the attributes that Walter described. I always felt included when Bob was involved in something.
I have beautiful, new lungs. So many see UNOS simply as "the list", but I've learned how complex the issues surrounding "the list" truly are. Seeing Bob at the gavel gave me comfort that everything possible would be done for me and my friends waiting. Love, Steve
