Very nice. not to many cars like this are restored. Most are handed down to Mexicans and end up rusted badly with chrome exhaust hanging 3FT past the bumper. Good job and nice car.

Yes Trans Ams were also available with the 350 engine. Most 350 cars were the Trans Am "GTA" model.

@Kwall4life ah ok. the past week ive been looking into buying a trashy 87 "trans am". i contacted the guy and he said it had a formula 350 engine but he was labelling it as a trans am so i was confused. i had always been told that all trans ams were 305 tbi or tpi. you wouldnt happen to know how many of the gtas were made would you?

There were a total of 11,102 GTAs built in '87.
