I do... and I think it helps fight the bacteria... after a couple of days or longer it will have a scab... I then take a nail filer and scrub the scab off and it's like an eraser... leaving my skin smoooooottthhhh... try it!

yuor not supposed to use a needle. you will most definately leave a scar that way, just exfoliate it and then stretch the pimple and the pop it. But i agree with the tissue on the finger because you have alot of stuff under your nails

after u pop it put ice over the pimple. seriously, i thought it was stupid too but bacteria cannot build up when its cold so it gives the white cells time to fight the bacteria. hold the ice gently and lightly to your skin because if u push down its pushing down the bacteria further into your pores. hold it to your pimple for 10 minutes about 3 times a day and b4 bed don't put any face cleaner on just go to bed.

I don't know why this girl is giving out this kind of advice... it's insane. DO NOT pop your pimples. Go to a doctor, find some sort of medication to treat your acne. If your acne isn't too bad, just leave it alone. Drink LOT'S of water, get sleep and you'll be just FINE. Although you might get away with popping a few, you WILL eventually scar your face FOR LIFE. Don't do it.

ok... i would not suggest poking it with a needle, im a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician. simply steaming the pimple with a washcloth like u said does soften and open it up... wrapping the finger u also said was correct, but when you go to extract the impurities under the skin u can simply press around the area with the wrapped up fingers by pressing down then in and holding pressure while rocking your fingers back and forth. thats the easiest way to do an extraction. then apply astringent
