  • Thanks for this recipe. We brought a vegan holiday dinner from Whole Foods last year, as we had brother-in-law over and he's vegan. Anyway, the vegan pumpkin pie was the best my husband and I have ever tasted. So, I'm going to try making a vegan pumpkin pie this year, not because it's vegan, but for the wonderful taste.

  • I watched your vid and madew the pie 2nite. It was last minute, I had to substitute some things. I subbed agave and brown rice syrup for maple syrup. I also had to sub tapioca for the cornstarch it is in the fridge now setting up as it was quite jiggly. I will make again with the exact things you have here to see if it makes a difference. I will also get my pumpkin from Whole foods I used the organic Trader joes brand and noticed it was quite watery. Bad batch maybe? Thanks for the vid!
