It is called smart sense on newer computer , you need to drag the slider all the way to off.

@ixboser Go to control panel click Hardware and Sound under devices and printers you'll see Mouse so click it, in the top tab area click device settings, then under pointing click PalmCheck then drag the slider all the way down

@bubbleabee it did for me jusr type mouse, enter and click the mouse and then it should be the 4th tab with the leaf symbol :)
