  • ITS NOT CALLED A HORN! ITS A BELL get it right lol!:P

  • You should check out the MusickEd saxophone software and online forums. FYI - keep an eye out for a new homepage and a brand new software release coming soon!

  • Hello jazzgent,

First of all, the right hand plays the bottom keys on saxophone (as pictured clearly above) with the fingers always relaxed and naturally curved. Secondly, finger movement or placement will not affect your sound in the least. That's left to your embouchure, reeds and choice of mouthpiece for the most part.

By the way, we are the same guys who tell you how to buckle your seat belt. I hope you listened a little more carefully to those instructions! ;)

  • are you the same guy that tells us how to buckle our seat belt on the air plane

  • if I'm not mistaken the right hand should be on top and fingers straight for a better sound.

  • @jazzgent

no the left hand should be on the top, for an alto saxophone

  • @jazzgent Right hand is on top for all saxophones!

  • @MusickEdcom no left is

  • @jazzgent ummm no lol left hand on top right on bottom!
