i need some help. I ordered an amp i plugged it in, got it working. went for a ride and my positive cable came loose and my amp started smelling like burnt plastic. I unplugged car battery and took if off, opened the amp up and checked everything and didnt see any burned parts for broken capacitor or fuse. i then plugged it back in and it worked again and so it made me confused. What can it be that caused that burning smell from my amp? the amp is still running powerful. should i still use it?
i have kx650.4 that has an echo in the front channels i need repaired and a mmats d200hc with a bad 47uf 50v cap hit me up at boom inc on facebook and let me know for me

I had to close my shop 4 years ago and now been working out of my apartment but still get people from all over the USA sending me their amps. Plus I have my normal customers and new ones everyday. I am the cheapest amp repair anywhere. Most repairs are $80 or less. Thats usually for a real 1000 watt amp and under. I have 17 years experience and getting ready to open a new shop.
