IMO the crappiest episdoe of season 7 was duct soup...

RD jumped the shark after Rimmer left.

Kochanski upset the whole male dynamic, in the same way that Pearl Forrester upset the male dynamic in MST3K.

PS: I'm a girl so don't get me wrong here. Some shows work because of a male or female dynamic. It would be like bringing a guy into the inner circle of AbFab or Golden Girls...

DUDE, whats with the CG ship!? It looks like crap! No insult to the show; I've only seen random episodes from Seasons 1-4, which all used miniatures. I think Red Dwarf is great (after it gets going), but it just annoys the hell out of me how no matter what, people ALWAYS use CG over miniatures, no matter how crappy the CG is or how good the miniatures look. Something I didn't really expect from Red Dwarf based on what I've seen.

Ah, this is Series 7, and they were trying to boost the look of the show. Actually, I do believe that at this point they had run out of money for the minatures, and CG was actually cheaper.

I know! I have to admit, though, Series 8 wasn't as good as some of the earlier series. Kryten and Queeg(series 2) are probably two of my favourite episodes.

I think Kryten is one of my worst episodes. Legion and Backwards are probably my 2 favourites.
