After seeing this skit, from then on I always thought of him as "Perry COMA"! I wonder if the real Perry saw it.....

@Avatar610 It is reported that not only did Perry Como see it, he thought it was hilarious, and toyed with the idea of doing such a bit himself at some point. He was glad for the tribute and had a good self-effacing sense of humour by all accounts.

This is one of Eugene Levy's best roles ("I love to BOGEY"--LMFAO!!).

The Juul Haalmeyer dancers are SO AWESOME!!! Juul was actually the costume dude on SCTV, and they eventually worked him into several skits.

"I thought tonight's show was a little up-tempo." Classic SCTV.
