Firstly, he has recently switched from xbox to pc, hence he's been redoing everything he'd done before. Secondly, commentators don't just record a whole game, especially as large as fallout, from the get go. Most of them are doing something called a "recording session" whereby they record a few episodes, edit them and have the content ready for upload. And the reason for not recording the whole game at once is the space it requires. If you wish to buy a 30TB HDD it's your choice.

xcal if u go back to cottenwood cove and and follow the road you will find a town called camp searchlight with a ton of radiation, if u go to the town there should be a 2 broken churches if u go to the far w/sw church you will find 2 ncr guys, you will need to steal there keys by pickpocket or killing, after u get the keys go to the other church and get the 3 holy frag grenades and then go to the fire station, go through the door in the station and find the knock knock in the bathroom :)
