  • in portugal you are looking at around 12K euros for a R6

  • are benellis realy so bad in reliability?

  • I'm still in love with that R6 great power and great performance.

  • How the hell are motorcycles sooo much cheaper than in my country -_-

  • Awww come on MCN! Why you gotta delete my comment?

  • The Benelli Motors was acquired By Chinese Motor Company Chiang Jiang, Never buy a Chinese Fake, I'm Chinese, so shy about saying this, But I have to tell the truth.

  • @michaelstevensonn

Chiang Jiang bought Benelli but the production is still is in Italy!!! But the Chinese pay the bills thats right ;)

  • Benelli have a great sound ! Incredible ! Why Triumph or another company don't take it from Chinese ?

  • Thank You!! I just think the same, i bought me a couple of years ago a silver/green Benelli Tornado and even the color was exceptionel!!

  • Ur ugly bitch

  • @187Premises hahah, misson successful

  • Best mate had an R6, and I have a Tornado. His was great fun, when it wound up the revs, it was a rocket, but my Tornado only needed 4k and holds up tlll 11k with a much better road torquey powerband. I can use all my gears and have fun, he needed to be in the right gear every time to use the powerband. The R6 is faster on track, but the Tornado is a realisticallly great bike to ride, look at, and listen to (ooo the induction boom) and quite fast. I have sound good Benelli vids on my channel.

  • Does he know what is plural and singular?

  • @187Premises Fucking prick!

  • @heartlesspinto lawl

  • @lonelykatana in every way, yes.

  • You poor hype driven sheep .. ive got a tre and you people dont know what you are missing

I suppose when you develop a mind of your own or they go up to r6 money then you'll get one

    Losers

  • when you come to sell it to move up to a bigger bike which you will inevitably, who the fucks gonna buy a Benelli second hand over an r6 second hand.. i didn't even know they existed.

Just work harder and earn 3 grand or don't bother having a bike if you can't afford it and have to go for the tesco own brand bike

  • @jonobonnowonno1 Some people have class, some have none. Some people are sheep and need the fastest most tricked quickest lap time (but will never use 50% of its potential), and some enjoy something a little different. Try riding one, it offers an experience other bikes cannot match.

  • who wants a benelli ??? serious!?

    indeed,buy a 675 or a second hand japanese bike...

  • Man, China is really pulling out all the stop with their Benelli bikes.

  • @daedalx the Tornado was built in 2004 to 2005 they are old stock ,onnly the other models have any Chinese money behind them

  • benelli sucks

  • I would love to see more 2nd hand bike challanges like you have done in the past ;)

  • @mattiusg I second that! Since I just buy secondhand bikes lol

  • OVER 9 THOUSANNNNDDD!!!!!!

  • What 9000?!?!?!

  • Get a second hand one :)

  • Having owned a few new six hundreds i find them useless on the road unless you have the revs up over 10,000. For a road bike id go bigger capacity every time. Much easier to ride the torque curve than rev the shitter out of it!

  • @gixxerbones Or get a 650 or 675.

  • @aluisious pretty much mate, ride a 1050 speed triple myself. I find it pretty perfect for the road.

  • @gixxerbones 750 FTW!

  • R6 is a better bike he said it himself... thats your answer .. you get what you pay for, the R6 is more money

  • How about getting a 4 - 5 year old R6 and comparing it to that Benelli in terms of price. Would be as cheap and i certainly know what i would choose!

  • The Benelli is a keeper, the R6 something you have till you can get an R1 I have an RS Benelli and an R1 and though the R1 is alot faster the Tornado puts a smile on my face everytime I ride it. They are GORGEOUS too!

  • I'd probably still go for the R6

  • Still rather have a S1000RR with a finance deal, what would be even better is if BMW did 0% for three years rather than having 8.9% charge.

  • Had my RS since 05, only left me stranded on the side of the road once! when the cable clutch actuator nut came loose.

  • for a bike that was designed in the period of 1997 to 2001, and has been effectively the same since 2002 to early 2005 (when they stopped building the 900 base model Tre) they are stil a very capable bike, and for road riding are extremely good. the motors superb for the road, more torque than a 848 Duke too.

Just make sure the minor recalls on the alternator gear have been done and they go forever too.

  • or u can just get a used motorcycle from craigslist

  • The Benelli is probally better on the road

  • I'd still take the R6, but still nice to see whats out their !

  • The R6 is ten times better ;)

  • 0:52 - 0:59 sums it up.

  • I would MUCH rather have an American or Euro bike than a cheap, shitty Asian bike anyday! I love my BMW!

  • @plaid4u

did not mean anything bad, just saying not all in Norway makes lots of money, my niece lives in the UK so I am not hating on anyone :)

  • or fuck both of those bikes and go get yourself a nice secondhand r1 ;)

  • I still would go with the R6. Looks much better than the Benelli

  • You can get an unregistered 2009 KTM RC8 for under £8500.

It wasn't that long ago that the 600c machines were about £7K.

  • ITS OVER 9000!!!

  • The r6 is like what the 2nd or 1st most expensive 600? but alot of dealers do have special on bikes!!!!! You still can buy a 600 brand new 2011 for 8k just ask if any specials are going on or deals!

  • oh!! 3000 euros. quanto custaria aqui no BRASIL..

  • @marcel7834 nao é euros. é libras. Vale um pouco mais

Mas claro, Brasil tem uma taixa de importacao absurda

  • Another problem is the maintenance of these exotic bikes are more expensive then the japanse. Also to find parts is going to be much harder

  • benelli the best

  • Cool video!

  • @S01NOR last to get laid

  • wow 9k pounds for an R6, that's insane, it's so much cheaper in the states..

  • @djentangle like 2 grand. It's not that much

  • @djentangle

Yup, you get the good prices over there.

  • new bike prices have passed ridiculous and are now entering fucktarded... what a way to ruin an industry *rollseyes*

  • poor uk peps, in Norway a R6 will run you 16k pounds.

  • @Mauivavi lol at you, typical low iq moron like everyone from norway with no knowledge whatsoever about any subject

  • @s3177000

relax dude, I did not write poor in the way of a bad thing just saying it cost a lot for bikes here and the dude in the video made it sound like the price incrase was the worst thing to happen since ww2 in UK.

  • Over nyan thousand! :P

  • It's over 9000!!

  • those bikes are expensive! at that rate i will never own a bike :(

  • @horayman It almost makes no sense to own a brand new bike considering how much they loos in value the first two years. I bought a 2009 yamaha r6 mint condition low mileage two years warranty and it costs 40% less than the 2010....AND IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME FRIGGIN BIKE!! So it's not worth the money.....

  • @horayman lol dont worry , if you dont buy a new bike you can get some good deals...

  • Over 9000 pounds

  • @Spadie1 I love how this simple thing annoys so many. Now you know what its like. I constantly hear the Brits call the Euro Euros. This is incorrect. The plural of Euro is Euro (like sheep is sheep). At the same time I dont really care and nor should I. I dont see why others (not just yourself) are pulling him up on this. Its just a slang/lazy way of saying it. You can still understand him cant you?

  • @simon44

My comment is in reference to a popular meme: (/watch?v=SiMHTK15Pik) not the fact that Chad dropped the S from the end of the word pound which is a common thing to do in certain parts of England.

  • The Yen is way too friggin' high still. I remember when prices were a bit more sensible. It was like £5000 for a Yamaha Tenere, Now it's £6500!
