the last roll looks like your gonna fuck your shoulder up if u do it in the streets lol like your shoulder bone is gonna be popping out after u get up from that roll if you do it on concrete lol just saying :P

@swat305GINO you land on the back side of your shoulder since you are creating a ball.. and a good roll beats face planting or breaking a wrist or something by holding your arms out. also helps you get up so you can run the hell away.

very nice but why do u people always demonstrate on mats and not on the concrete, like u said about in da streets, there will be no mat between ur head and the pavement, but still a very very good skill to remember cheerz XD.
