Do wombats act friendly to people? I bet they have been used as pets! I sure think they're cute. Too bad they can't be found in any other part of the world.
When they're young, they're sweet and affectionate, but they get surlier when they're adults. Definitely not a good idea for a pet, especially if you want to live in a house, not a demolition site ;)

i love it, i was there a couple weeks ago and got to pet a wombat they took for a walk. what a great idea, to take yr animals for walks, rock on!
