They never really actually revealed who she was. Some speculation might be one of his ex-wives who was a suspect in a Marine's death in S5's "Ex-File" since at the end of the episode, she and Gibbs had a bit of a reconciliation and then she drove away in a (really expensive) Mercedes. Once that episode aired, we no longer see Gibbs getting picked up by a mysterious redhead in a Mercedes.

But I highly doubt it was Jenny.
