Dodd is a crook. He is against adopting the volcker rule. He is aspiring for a banking job after leaving the senate. Good riddance. The senate will be a better place without this crook.

Does Dodd really think that creating new regulators will prevent another crisis that existing regulators failed to stop? If existing regulators ignored their responsibilities, what will stop the new ones from doing the same? All that will result is more government interference in the markets that contributed to (if not created) the current correction.
