If people do not think that sun cycles vary from 11 years so cannot be predicted please google: "A peculiar solar minimum 23" and read. That was a few years ago and no reall lasting or large spots have arrived. 24th maximum still trying to fire up. The lack of ozone on the planet is a crucial point in relation to what is changing our environment imo.

Google "Soho a Peculiar solar minimum 23" we have never seen in recent tech times a minimum last 14+ years though now denied/ignored as not pecular minimum. During the end of the 1800's long min the max cycle start arc'd telegraph wires. Search the Peculiar minimum conference, if it's still there. No shock we are just not getting the facts recently so some are concerned about what you know.
