It's an amazing organ. Yamaha have made two newer models since, and not even bothered to export them to the UK! Shame on them, because this AR-100 is great!

Being an organ rather than a piano, there's no gas pedal to sustain the notes.

you play WAY better than i can ever dream of but you are missing the 'feeling' of the music. like making great food, you must put "love" into it. find it,young man!!! find it if you want to be great!!!!!!!!! feel it, damn it!! music is about feeling, not about hitting the right notes!!

To be honest, it's more likely that because I'm playing on an organ (rather than a piano) I can't get it to sound quite right in this particular recording. Also, bear in mind that when this was recorded I'd only been playing the piano for 5 months!

iv always loved this piece. My mum had the Sting movie soundtrack when I was a kid and i used to listen to it all the time and get into a sort of trance!
