The best part is the little square, which is nice but nothing to do and outside of that its fucking war torn and shite! They have a massive tesco right next to what is supposed to be a place of style and culture????? HAHAHA Terrible place do not go! Go to Riga, Prague, Amsterdam, Dublin instead! seriously!

It's sad to read what you write. To me it is the biggest lie ever. I honestly don't know which 'pubs' you have visited but pint of beer costs about 1 eur. If beer and brothel is all that interests you, I am not supprised you did not enjoy Slovakia. Locals will stare at you if you behave ridiculously. Slovaks are not used to burping, egocentric, disrespectful 'holiday makers'. Our culture is different, and you should either respect it or don't come at all.

It was just a lads holiday i went on not a stag, we didnt go crazy, tried to get on with the locals but they're a ignorant bunch of cunts! We didnt strip off, piss in the street, we just went from pub to pub, trying to have a good time! Seriously the Slovaks can keep there "beautiful city" its a shit hole! I pity anyone who goes here expecting a good time!

Well said. You can do all the bars in about 3 hours and then you realise theres not a lot to do. Also it aint cheap. the foods ridiculously overpriced. I was paying 2 quid a pint in most bars. 65skk.They also assume your giving a tip and never give you change.

Went Bratislava in march, was worst place i've ever been to, be prepared to be constantly stared at by the locals, ripped off in the bars and taxis, there is next to nothing to do there, zlaty beer is about £1.50but heineken is about £3.00, honestly it is fucking disgracful. Ive been to riga which is miles better. The brothel is full of AIDS ridden, horrible looking slags! Seriously keep away from this place!!!!
