@Supersilver1932 Dunno, I knew some fans in HS that hated Shadow because he was another fast hedgehog like Sonic that wasn't different to play as till his own game, same fans hate Silver because he's slow. Just do yourself a favor, don't bother acknowledging the fanbase at all. Keep having fun with the games you purchased. That being said, Tails is my favorite Classic Character while Silver is my favorite Modern Character and I hope to see them both in future games with playable roles again.

Just cause the game has some glitches doesn't mean the game deserves so much hate. glitches are funny to LAUGH at not complain about, and EVERY SING GAME has glitches.
What I heard was that Sally WAS gonna be in this game, but when SEGA tried to bring her in, Archie didn't let them put her in, so they just made a Human Sally pretty much, I don't hate Elise cause I like every single Sonic character in the SEGA world.

In Sonic Chronicles Sonic tells Amy at the end that he cares for her more then just as a friend, in the 360 and PS3 versions of Unleashed Sonic has a choice of accepting a date with Amy in the Shamar hub world which they were on before Sonic got sucked into Black Knight's

Plus Sonic Team have actually stated in an interview that while Sonic is clearly in love with Amy he is to shy around teenage girls to openly express it very often. This game had an outstanding OST, but the whole love interest story and bad gameplay just ruined everything. I don't mind heavy stories, for the record i really like them. Deep stories make a game feel more fun. This game just didn't do it right. It's a shame, but i still LOVE THE MUSIC :D
I'm pretty sure the game prefered amy and sonic as a pairing in comparison to sonic and Elise, however I look at it this way. It never happened. Sonic never "died" and he never really had contact with Elise ( which I did find kinda sad that their friendship never actually happened.) I really dont mind the SE pairing though. Sonic is a videogame character and so is she

Am I the only one who didn't find the friendship that Elise and Sonic had disturbing? Honest to god for how bad the game was gameplay-wise, when it came to the story I liked it quite a bit. That and it made me think of something out of Beauty & The Beast. Obviously, not some big love story in this one, but when one looks at the game from a more innocent perspective, Sonic being a hedgehog really didn't matter. S'all fiction in the end.

@CuPiKaK There's a difference between loving somebody and being IN LOVE, with them. I think Sonic loves Amy, but he isn't IN love with her. He loves her like a friend or sister, but he isn't in love with her. People get these two things mixed up a lot.

Fantastic song Sonic is cool, Princess Elise is amazing, what more could you ask for they are perfect for each other. Too bad they can't be together and she lost her memory but at least they got to spend time together that's what matters.

its my personal opinion that this whole relationship was a mistake. ive always found the sonic games to be awesome, music is always fantastic, haha and graphics are great too. storyline pretty good aswell, then i see this game..which really isnt THAT bad, except for this tiny relationship.. i have no words to describe it. It was just a mistake on the creators part, but honestly i wouldnt have such strong feelings if they had toned the relationship down. It was way too serious.
I always wondered, wouldn't the relationship between these two be bestiality only if Sonic was an actual real-world hedgehog, and not a "human-like" hedgehog. Think about it, a real-world animal is different from a human in every physical and mental way, which is what makes sex between an animal and a human so unnatural. Am I the only one who didn't find the friendship that Elise and Sonic had disturbing? Honest to god for how bad the game was gameplay-wise, when it came to the story I liked it quite a bit. That and it made me think of something out of Beauty & The Beast. Obviously, not some big love story in this one, but when one looks at the game from a more innocent perspective, Sonic being a hedgehog really didn't matter. S'all fiction in the end.

But I'm not sure if it happened of not, but that's not my point. My point is that people are mad for what the hell they did instead of Amy, to Elise. @CuPiKaK There's a difference between loving somebody and being IN LOVE, with them. I think Sonic loves Amy, but he isn't IN love with her. He loves her like a friend or sister, but he isn't in love with her. People get these two things mixed up a lot.

Fantastic song Sonic is cool, Princess Elise is amazing, what more could you ask for they are perfect for each other. Too bad they can't be together and she lost her memory but at least they got to spend time together that's what matters.

But then again, who am I to talk. I have an OC who loves Mighty the Armadillo and thats sorta passive beastilaty...and in some strange way, sonic is kinda good looking, and Elise is pretty. And she is sweet to Sonic. I dont want to see a relation ship, Sally is bad enough! But I guess Elise isn't that bad. She lost alot and Sonic was one of the few people who was sweet to her, so I guess I dont blame her for falling for him. So many girls have! =) I guess i'm just a Sonamy fan.

I hate Elise because of the following:
-She's a love interest and HUMAN princess. First off, that's Mario's job. Literally. He's the one saving princesses, not Sonic.
-She's a love interest and HUMAN. I think that's bad enough. If Sonic deserves anyone at all, it would be Amy.
-She only gets captured. Over. And over. Again, last time I checked her name isn't Princess Peach.
-She is apparently vital to the plot, but I think she's useless. I'm glad at least she'll never show up again... I hope.

Btw, I so wish Sega made Elise a Hedgehog. It would have just have worked out better for Sonic... leaving Amy in the dust. We would probably have a Next-Gen series on Sonic X by now... 4Kids still haven't figured out a way or wanted to put the '06 story in Sonic X.

its my personal opinion that this whole relationship was a mistake. ive always found the sonic games to be awesome, music is always fantastic, haha and graphics are great too. storyline pretty good aswell, then i see this game..which really isnt THAT bad, except for this tiny relationship.. i have no words to describe it. It was just a mistake on the creators part, but honestly i wouldnt have such strong feelings if they had toned the relationship down. It was way too serious.

I always wondered, wouldn't the relationship between these two be bestiality only if Sonic was an actual real-world hedgehog, and not a "human-like" hedgehog. Think about it, a real-world animal is different from a human in every physical and mental way, which is what makes sex between an animal and a human so unnatural. But if it was basically a human-like creature with the features of an animal (Sonic), wouldn't it be natural in a way?

The end theme for the game did the same thing~ They made Sonic and Elise out to be like an unspoken couple so deeply in love! Yeah because a few seconds of staring at each other REALLY goes straight to...this..B(
