What the speaker is defining as "true love" does not have to be the ideal standard for romantic relationships. We have to accept that we cannot control the decisions made by others, because change is inevitable to anything that is living. Therefore, the way to happiness is to stop longing for people to remain the same forever and to simply enjoy the nuances, changes, flows, and differences that are characteristic to anything that exists.

Hani, what a wonderful video/audio. An extremely sensitive and meaningful combination of images, sounds and words. Thank you for offering us this gift. Thank you
I saw this video in my interpersonal communications class today and was blown away. The class was still and taken by it as well. This was well done Hani, very well done.
Who is the author of the pic at 2:01 and/or the name of the pic? Thanks.
This is why, my friends, they say there is a thin line between love and hate.
There is love, and then there is true love. Like the man says, the latter is much much rarer, but can be much more common with a simple change in thought processes.
that is just enrapturing. if only i'd known and practiced these truths before. ha ha! as if everything isn't how it is supposed to be. thanks a bunch!
wow...that really puts our world into perspective..eckhart sure knows how to cut through the fat and give it to one raw and real..pure gratitude for the honesty and wisdom..
Was this your work? If so, where did you obtain this talk on relationships? The artwork in it is simply amazing! Gives you something to really focus on while he is talking and every picture is so appropriate to the moment it is shown.
All i did was find the pics online and used the voice from Eckhart Tolle's audio book "The Power of Now", and mixed it with music from the "Gladiator" soundtrack. I used a program called Vegas Video to put everything together in harmony. And you are so very welcome SweetPony.
Plus seeing that it actually even help one or two people, inspires me to make more on other topics. Any suggestions on what the next one should be about? :) xoxo right back @ yah :)
Maybe something drilled down to one subject, like inner peace. Work in presence, the role of the "non" doers. The role of the doers. The teenagers-ego.. etc etc. I cant think of any more right now
So true

Is there a version of this without the music or the photos? So distracting to the message.
