This is not the same as David Bowie's cut-up technique to songwriting. You have to torture yourself through these rotten cuts to get to the meat of the real interview, but for David Bowie I'll do it!
What a pile of sh*t..I hated this doc-the mindless pseudo clever cut-ups,the pretence at being intelligent,the total posiness..Really demeaning to Bowie who allowed it too..Why not treat him as a great artist n human being and make something magical?..And there's Bowie all ultra pleased with himself ,pretending he's really happy n content (A LIE)..Having a predictably easy n smug pop at McCartney too..Like what have YOU done of any worth in the last 20 years then Dave ?

@ScenesFromPalacio Wait... McCartney's done something of worth in the last 20 years? I heard his work with The Fireman project, and that was alright, and I think Bowie's Heathen and 1.Outside are pretty rewarding albums. And how would you know that Bowie wasn't content with himself at the time?
