whats the best thing to cut foam bord with, i cut it with a small knife like the ones you use to cut plastic models, is there a beeter type of knife i could use because when i cut it it's not always straight and tears slightly

@hypersniper09 i have found foamboard is good for that. the games workshop use it for everything but the spray surprisingly work on it.

@hypersniper09 re:foam and spraypaint, worst comes to worst, you can just coat the foam you want to use in a few even layers of PVA Glue. Once it's dry you should be able to spray paint it without worrying about paint eating the foam.

It was done using water effects. You can get them from many manufacturerers.

The best type of 40k terrian IMO is city fight terrain, as it has many layers that require SUBSTANTIAL building time. Great job guys keep 'em coming.

you can buy this stuff from hobby shops, it is like pva glue but it is called water effects. when it dries it looks like water. you can get it from games workshop, or a hobby shop that has train stuff!

Actually you probably have the supplies and don't know it. Pretty much ANYTHING can be used to make terrain if you use your imagination.
