  • At first I was like this -__- but then I was like this O__O

  • Smoooke on the Waaater.

  • don't get in the mist!!!!monsters will eat you! xD

  • Great job you win a reward of swimming through liquid nitrogen. Next swim through some Hyrdofluoric acid.

  • press 3 to hear "whoa"

  • frostmourne >.>

  • press 2 to hear "hahaha"

  • dude.... AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • press 1 looks like nuke

  • Liquid Nitrogen + Water = Great fun

Liquid Nitrogen + Half naked children = Great big lawsuit.

  • @youaremin3 generly about 10-20 minutes. But after time it will freeze

  • How long does that effect generally last in the pool ?

  • hey that would be awesome for halloween

  • Yeah styrofoam is gunna float guys xD

  • Dumbass doesn't know that nitrogen displaces the air he breathes. He's lucky he and everyone around that pool didn't suffocate

  • @bilsmith2 yeah. that was stupid. He wouldn't get any warning signs of low O2 levels either, because the body is better at detecting high carbon dioxide levels, giving you the feeling of suffocation.

  • @bilsmith2

People can hold their breath for longer than 3 seconds, you know.

  • @bilsmith2 One liter of liquid nitrogen will expand to about 345 liters as a gas, which isn't actually physically that much space - about 24 cubic feet, or a space less than five feet on a side. I seriously doubt that's enough to suffocate anyone at an outside pool.

  • @bilsmith2 You do realize a majority of the air you breathe is Nitrogen right, you dumbass?

  • @bilsmith2 Actually, in an non-enclosed area like that, Nitrogen dissipates too quickly to be an asphyxiation danger. Being less dense than air, N2 quickly spreads in every direction, lessening its concentration in plenty of time for a human to avoid suffocation. You could literally sit in that cloud and be in no danger of dying.

Sources: I've done it myself multiple times, and I'm still kicking. Plus I'm a Chemist.

  • And that is how ninjas disappear. :)

  • Wow, what a fool. Liquid nitrogen in a closed container will explode if it can build up enough pressure. He's lucky to be alive.

  • @FiremanTyme lol it wasn't in a closed container - it was open at the top, which is why it gave off the explosion-like burst of gas when the water rushed in. If it was in a closed container, the styrofoam would've burst, no?

  • Do you if u can get dry ice in new zaeland can't find it

  • srsly, whered u get the nitrogen?

  • @andipoetic hes not going to respond untill you take the time to type out the word "seriously" and "you"

  • @highvoltagefeathers

So take the time to type "he's" and use a full stop.

  • @SeanoMcCool18 ok mn srsly dnt taze me bro

  • @highvoltagefeathers

Well if you're gonna correct someone do it properly.

  • @SeanoMcCool18 Well if you're gonna comment on something do it properly.

GET OWNED WOOT WOOT WOOT... at least I have chicken...

  • @andipoetic ebay.

  • Yeah where can u buy liquid nitrogen

  • @J03d09 try wal-mart!, in the frozen food section. Ask any of the helpfull friendly staff if you cant find it.

  • Water freezes over his head shit

  • dangerous stunt?

  • where can you buy liquid nitrogen???

  • he should of pour some on his face then get someone to punch him see if his face breaks.

  • Where can u get liguid nitrogen?

  • It's really OK. Liquid nitrogen is so cold that as soon as it hit's the water, it evaporates into a gas.

  • lindenfrost effect !!! i put my hand in it before, pretty cool

  • haha because you would think he would freeze to death

  • Where the fuck do you even get liquid nitrogen? lol

  • eBay, probably

  • @YaikonMetal ill getcha some

  • @YaikonMetal wal mart

  • Comment removed

  • haha i'd like to see a whole trash can full of this stuff get dumped in

  • was he holding it and if i was there i would jump in lol

  • umm.. is it just me or should they not be doing this.. O.o

  • how cold was the pool when they guy was swimming?

  • Shit!

    -273.15°C

  • That was probably cold!

  • :D where do you get that stuff!

  • so this is how clouds form =P

  • 0 K= -273.15°C = -459.67°F

  • Well, he's dead XD

  • how do you do that!

  • That was awesome! Hey in the back ground near the end was he saying "Hey it's styrofoam it's gonna float guy!" cause I couldn't stop lol!

  • It helps to have heavy guys hold the box. 8-)

As for the other post questions: I usually use about 30 liters in 3-5 boxes. Since the styrofoam is such a good insulator, your hands don't get cold. I have got up to a ten foot explosion. The key to height is for the liquid nitrogen to be about 1-2 inches below the top of the box ... then the water rushes in and you get a great explosion.

  • quackertduck: Why not try just throwing the box? :)

  • wow dude!

  • that didnt hurt his hand or did he were gloves

  • that was so cool

  • wow i love fog and smoke in high portions in small places like this one thats cool man nice vid id love to do that to

  • Wow =P

  • how much Liquid Nitrogen did you put in the pool ???

  • wait isnt luqid nitrogen really cold wouldent it freeze the water?

  • wasn't enough to freeze that much water, it's okay to

  • it's okay to put a certain amount in

  • fucking spell check, awesomegames

  • why the hell were u in the pool?!?!?!?!?!?

  • wat happens if u r inside the pool w liquid nitrogen, doesnt it only reduces water temperature?

  • yea it gets at least to -387

  • i dont see how thats possible if Absolute Zero is -273.

  • He's talking Fahrenheit, not Celsius. Absolute Zero is around -460°F

  • Absolute zero is -459 Fahrenheit and 0 Kelvin and -273 Celsius.

  • @dusty6262 -273.15 actually Haha

    I win. :)

  • WTF retard! Ill talk your language-

    ablute ziro ithz 0 kelviinn.

  • @dubble2thej i think absolute zero is reffering to kelvin rather than fahrenheit so it would be true if -460°F is = to 0° kelvin

  • cant, absolute zero is -273C or 0F

  • 0F =/= absolute zero

    0 Kelvin however does

  • that was awesome!

  • How stupid why didn't you just throw the nitrogen in the pool instead of being in the pool with it

  • It would not be harmful as it would evaporate extremely quickly, possibly just a little cold!

  • that must have been cold

  • liquid nitrogen only explodes if suddenly heated inside a sealed recipient...pressure rises and the recipient explodes just as if it had any other gas inside.

  • and where do you live? *gets ready to laugh*

  • In what way is this wastefull?

  • People don't try this at home it you don't know what you're doing: liquid nitrogen mixed with water often explodes (see other videos on youtube)

    Nice video, though
