  • Great Job and great body ... im 26 and only now i've awakened to explore my fisical capabilities and i know for sure that flexibility is the key to everything you wanna do with your body , including building strenght (thats right ... the more you stretch more stable your body will be and more stable and more "terrain" to your muscles) ...

    i've only done a little yoga before and my lower back has been hurting a lot recently.

    I didn't think I could do that but that last variation of the camel position really helped!

    I am thrilled to see real, high-quality yoga on youtube. This sequence was well constructed, and the instruction was appropriate for your audience. Your form was excellent, especially the heart-opening & spreading the backbend up the back; there were no sharp bends where a disc was overstressed. Beautiful yoga, well chosen & thoughtfully explained. Good Work!
