  • Looks like a mocking bird, and they are famous for dive-bombing anything they feel is in their territory.

  • I've seen a similar scene with my cat and a crow

  • My brother Markus Bott had been tortured during 5.5 years by the German BND,the former GESTAPO. I recorded more than 100 videotapes which ended up in the legal system. My brother was tortured during 1.5 years despite several legal procedures pending. He was assassinated on July 11th 2009 because of our homepage, linked on my channel, and our book Der Totalitäre Staat. If my homepage disappears, the BND will have assassinated me as well

Thumps up if you want the BND to stop torturing my parents

  • Suicidal bird.

  • mocking birds FTW

  • ohh... it's a kittler :D

  • lol that bird is RETARDED lol

  • I think that's a Mockingbird.....

  • It is. It's not blue at all.

  • this cat doesnt really give a crap bout that bird. he's thinking " hmmm wat should i have for dinner

  • cats probably thinking,,damn it, here we go again. lol

  • My mother had a parakeet that used to do that to her cat. That poor cat was deathly afraid of the bird...

  • I was on my back porch with my adult male cat and a blue jay in the pecan tree right above us started diving at my cat. My cat starting mumbling and ran in the house, clearly afraid of the jay. Funny beyond words.

  • Cat must be high on catnip, or veeeeery laid back

  • the scrub jays gang up on my cat aka the neighborhood bully

  • Hahahaha...lurrrrve that cat!

  • It's a norther mockingbird, not a blue jay. Blue jays are called BLUE jay for a reason :D

Anyway, nice video! Our cats and dogs get harassed by mockingbirds too right now since they have a nest in our front yard.

  • There must be a nest somewhere, Thats why he bird is doing that to scare the cat away from her babie birds :)

  • thts a mocking bird, not a blue jay. umm. arent blue jays, ya know, blue? lol.but funny cat.

  • I seagul went down to my cat cos it was asleep, It jumped up and did a somersault!

  • LOL. that cat is just like, "...whatever."

  • That is one laid back kitty.

  • lol the moking birds dooing just that moking the cat but like me i just ingnor annoinces like that but still funny

  • LAAAAAAZY cat lol

  • Yes. Mockingbird. See it's stripes during flight....:-)

  • I think the bird might be protecting its young/territory. Then again, I don't see it's nest.

  • I could swear theres a book that has a scene like this...

  • I think the cat liked it, lol

  • I used to live in Reno Nevada and the magpies there would do this same thing.

I have seen them knock a cat off his feet by hitting him so hard.

    Nice video.

  • Yeah, dont think thats a blue jay, even though they would do the same thing :)

I have a fat cat just like that, who would lay there just to get attention or pecked.Poor cat lol

  • Yes, it is a mockingbird, when in flight, they have white stripes on their wings...very aggressive.

  • That's actually an Eastern Mockingbird. They are quite territorial.

  • El purr nice kitty its like is there something going on that i dont know

  • Must've been a nest nearby. Jays are very protective and clever, even at the risk of themselves being caught. They'll do anything to save their babies.

The cat, in this case, looks like he could care less. Nice kitty! (purr)

  • Now that looked like one scaredycat! Or else s/he was too fat to chase that cheeky bird. :-D
