  • with all due respect to the uploader. i'm sure he's tested those thoroughly and those new workouts work for him. Always careful with the descriptive "new". It implies untested and can guarantee there are countless "old", tested, just as effective and ones that work for all body types workouts out there that were not cooked up in some guy's living room.

  • @inmyforties I mostly agree, but what he's attempting to do is to take a floor-based into a more realistically useful position (functional, if you can stand the word). This is a worthwhile aim. Many of the "tried-and-true" exercises are proven to improve your ability to do them, but the guys cooking those up also didn't have the luxury of a modern perspective.

  • I like it, but it's far from "killer." Unless by killer you mean "awesome."

    BTW, the stretch device behind you. Does it really have any cost-effectiveness? I think it does not. For hanging clothes maybe ;-)

  • Hi Coach, Decidedly more involved than on the floor. More rigorous indeed. Why not raise the lifted arm straight up above the head though, Seems the natural extension to me? Whaduya think? Yay or nay?

  • how long are u supposed to hold the upright bird dog? i saw in a magazine where the leg is fully extend rather than bent. and sersiouoy what if you fall of the chair?

  • yo no disrepect to you i was reading some of your comments about kobe and jordan you failed to realize that jordan won all of his championships kobe didnt he even lost one with shaq on his team look at the teams jordan beat in the nba championship and look at kobe who he played in the nba championship kobe won his first one without shaq againts orlando magic wow that really gets me excited lol

  • Great exercise and much harder than it looks. The position really does a great job in locking out the back and preventing strain.
