questo...cioe' io, nuotavo vicino al bagnasciuga perche' il fondale va giu' a strapiombo ed era gennaio, c'era corrente, per cui preferivo non allontanarmi dalla riva per sicurezza :)

I have some stupid mates in my class and when is arounf 3-4 degrees outside they go out in T-shirt.You should see their hands.They say it's coolD:))

well, it's pure adrenaline before and during the swim. After, I feel invigorated and relaxed as you see. Hope your mates will watch this video and give me a good rate then :)

Thanks for posting this. Very impressive. Most winter swimming videos feature untrained, nearly fully dressed people running in & out of the water screaming like idiots - but you really swim. Congratulations.

How cold was the water?

on the internet it says 9 degrees. outside it was 7 but you know it takes for the sea to become cold. I wish I could swim much more but the sea was choppy and I didn't want to be dragged away from the shore. you can rate the video if you think it's nice :)
