I am a new listener of Bilal's and can say that I've listened to EVERYTHING that is posted on the web. Check out my playlist 186 Bilal Songs. I have got to say that this is the best rendition of "Since Ive Been Lovin' You" that Ive heard. I think it is the awesome band "The Roots" lifting his gift higher. I can't wait until his new work drops in the form of an album. He is an amazing ARTIST. Peace!

Vocally, this is the best video of "Since I've Been Loving You" of all the videos i've seen on YouTube so far. He sings the song more than performing it here. He veers from the original Led Zepplin composition somewhat and mellows it out towards the end. I enjoyed it and appreciate how he takes the time to make his music NEW each time you hear it by re-arranging the compositon. Peace! A New Listener (2010)

Yo man, dude is extremely talented. He was originally going to work on soundtracks because of his classical and jazz background. But I am truly glad someone wanted him to sing on his own music.
