lets put this into perspective, NAU Flagstaff campus has about 17,000 students enrolled in any given year. ASU has 67,000 the fact that NAU held their own for most the game and actually held the lead at once just proves how much heart NAU has
NAU and ASU were tied or NAU was ahead for nearly the entire game. It wasn't until the end of the last quarter ASU pulled away. I've been raised an ASU fan all my life and continue to cheer for them, but I go to NAU, so...I have to say the game was super exciting for me! NAU is 1A football, so it is quite the accomplishment to challenge a big PAC 10 school and hold their own for nearly the entire game.
