They're all chinese, there's no one korean in this ad. The costumes, tables and decoration are all chinese. Kimchi is not only eaten in Korea, it is also enjoyed in China, specially in the north-east part where they have a very spicy version of kimchi. Greetings.
lol kimchiburgers exist?(is here because of Hetalia) Also, isn't the point of a KFC to serve Kentucky fried chicken? When did they start serving burgers?
XDDDDD omg Kimchibuger EXISTS?! I thought that was just a fan title for Yong SooXAlfred... Dude! SouthKoreaXAmerica for the win! /shot/ Whaaaaaat, they're cute together. That's my otp.
Ok i love kimchi to death and i love all seasons and versions of kimchi but in a burger? eeeew?!? curious to try it tho.. can't really knock it till ya try it.
plus the guy is chinese, i thought it was a odd before i saw the video because he didnt look korean to me, so i was relieved when i found out the movie was chinese, otherwise my asiadar would have been off!!
first of all, how do you know he is korean? and 2nd off if they are korean why are they all speaking chinese? and why all so well? because i speak a bit of chinese myself.

Schmerz99 1 year ago
@Schmerz99 actually it is obvious that they are spoofing a Korean Drama, "dae hang gum" which is crazy popular in China.
And the costume very clearly resembles Korean royalty and servants, not Chinese.
quelorepario 1 month ago
@Schmerz99 AND they are all wearing hanbok!!
In my previous comment I meant "Dae Jang Geum", a KDrama about a talented royal cook. If you ever watch it, you'll see the obvious references.
By the way, even if you don't know the TVs series, the clothes in this AD are all Korean hanboks.
quelorepario 1 month ago
@quelorepario Yes, yes, I just discovered Dae Jang-Geum months ago ^^

I like Kimchi, I buy it in little tin cans in my local asia shop. Unfortunately, in Germany, KFC does not sell the Kimchi Burger.
but this video inspires me! next time, when I prepare my own microwave hamburger, I will add some Kimchi to it.
Yummy!

Putting it with fried chicken would totally defeat the purpose.
