Third time watching all nine seasons, and IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!! Tex was invisible, but didn't retrieve omega because the meta has him, tex probably still has jr. And Wyomings helmet, so now she can go through loops, but not as effectively because she has no AI, they crashed at the other base and Sheila might still be alive, but the crashed ship also has gamma, so the meta must have gotten him too, GAHHHH!!!!!!! Too confusing.

@lovepeacejesuschrist Well actually when the blues found Tex's body she was in Recovery mode (She can't do anything but wait) and brought to blue base just like the other equipment they found on the ship like Wyoming's helmet. Then the Meta came along and stole the three AI's, Omega from the soldier he infected, Gamma from the ship and Tex from her body. Also if you listen to Reconstruction 5 in the playback it says Junior jumped out before it crashed.

The bill im referring to is HR. 3261 where the government is given permission to restrict a vague "copyrighted work by digital transmission" and this can be instigated and carried out by the federal government not the company owning the material. Second there is a parody clause that allows things like RvB to be made legally, now to make a profit it is a bit of a gray area and most companies will win if they sue. RT works with bungie and has there permission to do RvB and sell DVDs.

Alright, I want to clear some things up.... SPOILERS!!! Tex, is not a person, she is an "AI". Carolina, York, Meta are all still alive. Washington, is still alive, he took on churches body at the end of season 8.

I hope this clears up some of the comments I have been seeing!
