No one take this the wrong way or anything, but next to the English alphabet Hangul is the best. It is so scientific and phonic that it is a brilliant alphabet. I'll never master all the words and structure out here in Korea, but learning the alphabet was so easy it only took a couple of months to get it down. What a great alphabet Hangul is.

ㄱ sounds K if it is written first or last 가자 Kaja('lets go') 감자 Kamja('potato')

ㄱ sounds G if it is like.. 한국 han guuk.. the ㄱ in the last is K
