All I can say darling is enjoy every day of your life I underxstand how you feel serlf esteem is sometimes real hard to maintain when you feel so awful keep sharing you seem a wonderful person ,MS sufferer myself for 15 years
look you cant give up i got fibromyalgia or for short F.M dazesand a week-immunsystem cuss of the dazes and i still don't give up on love or anything elts for that mater and i get super tiered doing just the simplest things that moest
I have MS (Secondary Progressive) and although sometimes I am fatigued...having MS hasn't changed my sex life that much. (Except for the inability to DO certain positions). lol.

I have severe ms, and I know that sexual intamacy although difficult at times, can help me feel somewhat normal....
