I enjoyed the microsamples (rather than "longer snippets of vocals" as another person put it). I use them in my music too. I feel it helps the sampling musician retain some individuality. Otherwise it can feel like "where does Judy Garland end and I begin?" or something like that.

Anyways, great work. I enjoyed it. And since everyone is doing the Pogo comparison thing, I'll just say I think you have a better sense of melody than he does when it comes to arranging the small vocal samples.

I love Ruby Shoes to this very day, and regardless of the criticism you have for it (which, considering it's an earlier work, is understandable), it holds a very special place in my heart. TWO songs in one day? How do you do it dainumo?

It's hard to say which one I loved more. First of all, the first one has always been a favorite of mine that I've enjoyed. This one doesn't sound so much as a re-remix of it as a new song from the same source. I think Summerwind159 said it best, the pacing and even somewhat mellow mood it presents leaves me with a good feeling. It definitely shows how much you've grown as an artist, but that doesn't make the first mix inferior in any way.
