can you polish any frame like that just with a buffer on like a grinder?????

as long as its ally start with 250 grade on a buffer nice n lightly .i got mine form b a q the round velcrow type .for the bits you carnt get too use wet n dry wrapped around some thing simular shape to what you are polishing the harderst bit is rubbing the hard anodising off the ally then go through the grades of wet n dry 400-600-800 and then i usually finish on 1200 .then buff away with your polishing kit theirs loads on ebay about £20 with all the buits you need apart from the wet n dry

in the vid its a t25 of a fiat punto .48a/r cold side 43mm compressor wheel and a .35a/r hot side - ive just upgraded to another t25 with a .48a/r cold side but a .49a/r hot side and a 54mm compressor wheel

the conversion cost about £300 the turbo was a tener of a fiat uno t25 the headers and plenium are homemade but if bought new would be about £900 the nos kit cost £500 i fitted it myself

its all homemade kit the turbo is of a fiat uno turbo deisal t25 their are plenty of car turbos that fit td04 of mishubishi or evo.or even suburu impretsa the compressor housings vary from a 13g to a 16 t depending what compression ratio and boost you whant to run im going to upgrade to a 13g and go from their if it dosent blow up lol

hi i bought it from john stewerts / bridgegate motorcycles about 4 years ago it was a standard bike by the wheels being polished and goodridge hoses and steering damper it was for sale for £5500 i give £1500 and my 4 year old blade then took the whole bike to bits and whent mad turbo nos polishing ect

the kit was from wizards of nos £550 came with 2 soilenoids one for fuel one for nos -1 litre tank .5 pin relay wires 3 way switch jets -pipes the kit was called a 50bhp street blaster fitted myself as it would of been £300 to get fitted

i bought the kit from wizards of nos in doncaster £500 i fitted it myself its a wet kit running on carbs took a day to fit i mounted the bottle on the origanal footpeg mounts and the 2 soilenoieds where fitted to the chassis and its wired through a 5 pin relay and a 3 way arming switch theirs 4 jets for the carbs and a single jet for the nos all fitted within the plenium chamber its a 50bhp kit and the bottle holds about a litre of nos
