Nope, I never really figured out what uplay is. Something for extra content in the collectors editions...

But you don't need it for the thropies.

press triangle or Y on xbox at the main menu and you can make an account. if you have enough points (awarded like trophies/achievements throughout the game) you can get a max of 25 throwing knives, a special ps3 theme, a new dungeon in uncle marios town and ailtair's outfit (not his armour, the clothes he wore in the 1st game).

Before you start the game, look at the bottom it says uplay triangle. Press triangle then create the account. Once the account is created look for rewards 0 of 4 and unlock all. You get a new underground location, AC2 theme, extra throwing knives, and Altairs cloak, so Ezio looks like Altair. I am 2 trophies off platinum, another hour of gameplay and I will have it.

In het nederlands staat er: "vermoord een vergiftigde NPC". Maar er had moeten staan: "Vermoord een vergiftigde NPC met een air-assassination".

Trophies zijn slecht vertaald uit het engels. :/

I cant seem to get the trophy for killing 10 peolpe in one fight without getting hit...it's hard to get 10 enemies to fight....and when I do the last few run away ending the fight

It's realy easy! In the restricted area in Venice are alot of guards. Be sure to have at least 2 smoke bombs. Gather some guards around you and throw a bomb. Then start assassanating the guards. (try to get double kills); repeat until the trophy :)

If you look at a Glyph through Eagle Vision you get a puzzle. Solve all 20 ( i believe or 16) puzzels and you unlock the truth

Easiest one so far though. Took me 23 hours of gameplay. (18 story + side missions, 3 for remaining throphies)

Every trophy can be done in one playtrough. (That is if you DONT miss the kick from the glider couse thats only possible in one mission.)

If you mean the glyph at your Monterriggione Villa: walk up the final set of stairs from the training court and look to the upper left corner of the Villa, there is a gylph in a Barcode form. You have to hang on a ledge and use eagle vision. :)

No mather what you do in the game, you can get all the glyphs. They are not mission related but in 'free-roam'
