The sad thing is that Bores videos contain some actually funny jokes, but its unfortunate they slip into his reviews only on occasion. He's got his terrible throwaway jokes i.e. Urkel joke in Mission impossible & arron spelling joke in Zombie ate my neighbors review. And then he's got some clever ones like in his tetris review when he puts a game back into his shelf and all the games disappear as if the games were tetris blocks themselves.

In addition Bores uses a little too much special effects and stretches out his production schedule which often delays the posting of his reviews. AVGN has found a good balance between the writing and special effects, and Bores hasn't really got to that point yet. Bores doesn't need to put in pop culture references "just because", but if he puts clever twist on it then its all good. ah well.
