Pay attention to the characters between the end of 0:10 and the start of 0:11. They turn diamondized for 1/10 of a second.

The same thing happens if you diamondize an enemy... you win, but the enemy's sprite doesn't disappear.

If Poo successfully Mirrors an enemy, he can do anything they can do, including diamondize. But you don't control what he does, so you just have to wait for him to do it.
