This is an illusion and Criss is a master. This one involves a number of different factors - there is a fake top skin created by brushing his real skin with a liquid substance that hardens. A magnet must move the coin which is between his real skin and the fake skin. A film edit, paid actors, who knows what else? Put these elements together and it makes for a great illusion.
